Gold Tower 42, the first-ever skyscraper in the capital, was officially announced to be constructed since March 2008. This twin golden towers are to be 42-storey high and supposed to be the tallest building in Cambodia. It is said that this twin golden tower is three times higher than the current tallest building. This building is to be constructed by Yonwoo (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. Recently, there is a rumour spreading that this tower is far-fetched from its completion and that the construction contractor is trying to keep those booked money and escape from Cambodia. It sounds scary to Cambodian people especially those who have paid for their apartment or office spaces inside the building since the commencement of the construction and even before that. This rumour was spreading through the entire Phnom Penh and they've yet to receive any updates regarding this matter. Lately, after this rumour has been spread, there's a news saying what we have heard is not true at all. It is said that the contract with this Korean Company is still going on and the construction is still carried out everyday to get this golden tower built on time. Some even said the contract is now owned by the Malaysian or Chinese Company in building this golden tower for Cambodia. According to Kohsantepheap Daily, Mr. Jong Hae Choi, the CEO of Yonwoo (Cambodia) said that such this rumour is not true at all. All those money is not managed by Yonwoo, so there is no possibility that they flee to Korea.

Well. i happened to read an article related this too. the CEO of Yonwoo claimed that the delay in the construction was primarily due to the transportation of the machines and other materials from Korea. Well...i am not so sure whether it is true or not. But i definitely want Gold Tower to be born:-)
hahha those infos are still at large, we've yet to know the truth haha.. I really am delighted to see the progress of this construction also! really looking forward to see this tower! :)

err, i'm not sure about that, but I think it's far away from its completion now! cuz the construction was just started few months ago.
Sound very much interesting but why there were no people and only a piece of paper in there?
